I was born and raised in the Washington Park neighborhood and graduated from South High School. My Mom still lives in the same house on the West side of the park, but I now live in Lakewood just off of 10th and Garrison. I’ll never know which area I like better because both are absolutely amazing places to live. We also have two rental properties, one in Aurora and one in Denver and my hubby has fixed them up to look beautiful.
I have been happily married to my wonderful husband for over 6 years, we have two dogs and we’re contemplating on getting some chickens. I have two step-children(who are grown) and my husband and I are now extremely proud grandparents to the most beautiful little girl in the world(I’m a little biased:)). I like to play golf, hang out with my little family, go to the occasional concert, and work, work, work. I LOVE working in real estate!! Along with helping others buy and sell houses, we are looking to do a flip on our own somewhere close to home. There are some amazing properties available right now and we’ll never have interest rates this low again. We have decided to donate 5% of our proceeds to the Misha May Foundation and we will also give you a gift certificate to your favorite pet store or we’ll pay for your adoption fee for a new pet at closing. If you do not have or want any pets, I can guarantee that by the time we close a contract, I will know exactly what you like and you’ll get something great!
